UFC 230 AfterMMAth (Prime Time At The Garden)

Four out of the five main card fights ended via finish, while the prelims (which always find ways to be awesome) sported a total of two. Yet, I’d argue that up to the last 2 preliminary fights, it was still a very entertaining undercard. Not too many shenanigans, so… let’s get on with things.
Alright, let’s jump right to my picks. Then, we’ll chat about this, that and the other.

UFC 226 AfterMMAth (The Paul Heyman Edition)

UFC226 showed us how this organization can generate a very exciting, touching moment, Make history, and within moments cheapen it with a ridiculous, unnecessary and unwarranted “segment”, WWE style.
Alright, let’s jump right to my picks. Then, we’ll chat about this, that and the other.

UFC 220 AfterMMAth (Baddest. Scariest. Kksdjhfksudhyfjs.)

The first PPV of 2018 is behind us and as I write this opening line, I realize that any preamble I offer, will turn into what I normally consider the body of the post. So, no preamble for you!

UFC 214 AfterMMAth (The Return Of The King)

Some cards look great on paper. Some of them disappoint come fight night. Some fizzle before our eyes, to become “average”. Others still, are made of the stuff of legend. Cards that – barring injury or other kind of craziness – you simply know, don’t have it in them to let you down.
Such a card took place in Anaheim, CA last night.
Let’s discuss my picks quickly. Then, we’ll chat about this, that and the other.

UFC 211 AfterMMAth (And the answer is…)

Preamble #1: Due to unfortunate, yet really fortunate circumstances (it’s complicated) I wasn’t able to watch UFC 211 in real-time. So I disconnected from all social media outlets until now.
Preamble #2: I didn’t have the time, nor the inclination to add the prediction for the fight that was scheduled in place of Cejudo/Pettis.
Let’s discuss my picks quickly and then see if we can talk about a thing or two in general. No promises.
